Hello to so many new subscribers. Wednesday’s post about the future of the information environment quickly became one of my most popular posts ever, and many new folks signed up.
If you are new here, know that my posting schedule is links and things I’m reading on Sundays, Tuesdays are a calendar of events, elections, conferences, and other important dates that I’m watching, Wednesdays are my analysis pieces, and Thursdays are Impossible Tradeoffs podcast episodes. I’ve got a lot of great interviews waiting in the queue that I want to get out before Election Day, so on October 21 and 28th, I’ll be doing bonus podcast episodes on Monday as well.
I have some exciting news as well. Just in time for Election Day (and beyond) I’ve redesigned the Panic Responsibly merch store. Panic Responsibly is a phrase I came up with last Fall when the fear and hype around artificial intelligence was getting started and it perfectly encapsulates how I’m trying to approach this wild and crazy time in the world.
In addition to a new site, I’ve added a few additional designs, including red and blue Panic Responsibly t-shirts, an “I’m Fine” design, and another that says, “Everything is a conspiracy theory if you don’t know how anything works.” If there are other products or designs you are interested in, let me know!
Have a great Sunday.
