What I’m Reading - 10/6/24
I’m back on the Eastern Shore after over a month of travel. I could only come out starting yesterday morning as Friday night I had a crew from Australia over who was taping an interview for a documentary about the American election to air later this month. Even my tiny half-bath with the Instagram wallpaper got some attention.
In other important news, voting in Fat Bear week has commenced. For those unfamiliar, this is where you get to pick which bears have fattened up the best in preparation for hibernation this winter. It’s pretty fun, and you can vote here.
Finally, many of you know that Eric Church is one of my favorite country singers, and he is from the area of North Carolina that was hit so hard by Hurricane Helena. He released a new song, Darkest Hour, where all proceeds will help the recovery. Rolling Stone said Eric Church's New Song 'Darkest Hour' Will Blow Your Damn Mind.
Have a great day!
