If you asked the question differently would you get the same type of distribution? For example:
Have you changed your mind or confirmed your choice, after listening or reading a trusted source?
As I see this, it seems that the voters have different trusted sources. Some trust podcasters, some trust national media. We know that not all influencers, podcasters, or national media are credible, but that doesn’t mean none are.
The number of followers, readers, or viewers doesn’t automatically give credibility. But as consumers of content, we learn to trust the source after they’ve proven themselves to provide solid data or opinions.
What’s dangerous are voters that don’t use multiple sources from all viewpoints. If we live in an echo chamber of right or left, religions or agnostic, capitalist or socialist venues, they become our only trusted sources no matter what. In theory, there are no changing of minds, they are only validating over and over again.
