Since U.S. federal agencies have been forbidden to share information regarding known foreign actors' disinformation activities with online platforms https://www.washingtonpost.com/technology/2023/11/30/biden-foreign-disinformation-social-media-election-interference/, it will be up to journalists and bloggers to spread the word about new/continuing techniques, technologies being deployed in any of the above elections.
